Denmark: 39 dkk (5€) - Free shipping on orders +1000 dkk (135€)
Europe: 89 dkk (12€) - Free shipping on orders + 1500 dkk (200€)
Outside Europe: 189 dkk (25€) - Free shipping on orders +2000 dkk (270€)
NB! If the address is not filled in correctly and this causes order to be sent back, we will charge the shipping cost once again if the order is to be sent.
We understand - some things just aren’t meant to be.
If you are unhappy with your CC-product and want to return it, we are happy to exchange it for a store credit or issue you full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days from the day you received. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging (hygiene strip MUST be attached to product) – basically in the same condition as you received it, otherwise we cannot accept your return.
Remember to accompany the item(s) with a complete return note:
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will inspect it and notify you by e-mail if your item(s) are approved or rejected for a refund. If your item(s) are applicable for a refund we will refund the full amount (excluding shipping cost) to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchange on sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
We all make mistake sometimes.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us at email@example.com before returning your item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Copenhagen Cartel, Øster Søgade 106A, 2 th, København Ø, 2100, Denmark.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you ship your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
