We always ship within 1-3 working days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your CC product to reach you, may vary.

Make sure the address is filled in correctly! If not and this causes the order to be sent back to us, we will charge the shipping cost once again if the order is to be sent again.


We understand - some things just aren’t meant to be.

If you are unhappy with your CC-product and want to return it, we are happy to exchange it for a store credit or issue you full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days from the day you received. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging - basically in the same condition as you received it, otherwise we cannot accept your return. Due to hygiene reasons the hygiene strip MUST be attached to product.

Once we receive the returned item(s) we will inspect it and notify you by e-mail if your item(s) are approved or rejected for a refund. If your item(s) are applicable for a refund we will refund the full amount (excluding shipping cost) to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchange on sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. When you ship your item we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to obtain proof of postage.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
